"WINNER: extraordinary service!! I ordered a GPS60cs online at 7am,
I was notified by email with an airbill number by 3pm that day. The item was delivered
to me by 1pm the next day. I called later to request an invoice copy and it was
delivered (pdf format) within an hour. Their website says they will notify a buyer
within 6 hours if a rush item is not in stock and allow the choice to backorder
or cancel - amazing as that sounds, I believe them!

"I just bought a portable GPS unit for my car. The whole experience went very
well, it was very easy to place the order, I had regular updates from GPS-Planet
regarding its status, the product arrived on time, in good condition and I am very
satisfied with how its working. Only concern I had was that once GPS-Planet provided
me the UPS tracking number, I could not get it recognized by the UPS tracking system
until about 12 hrs later. I contacted GPS-Planet customer support via e-mail and
they promptly (and atentively) informed me that sometimes there may be a slight
delay with that. Sure enough, I was soon able to track the shipment via UPS
without a problem. I suggest that GPS-Planet put a small note in their e-mail
shipping update that it may take 12 hrs before you can track the package at the
UPS site."
